Marcus Ridgway, Founder
Mr. Ridgway has over 20 years of real estate experience and is currently the Managing Member and Founder of Treehouse Group Companies. Mr. Ridgway is a founding member and former COO of Invitation Homes.
Prior to Treehouse and Invitation Homes, Mr. Ridgway was a founding member and COO of TIDAN USA, a real estate investment company with over $200M AUM.
Mr. Ridgway sits on the advisory board for Opendoor, OS National, is active in Boy Scouts of America, multiple charitable organizations and is married with 4 children.
Tom Stapley, Founder
Mr. Stapley has over 15 years of real estate experience and is a Managing Member and Founder of Treehouse Group Companies. Mr. Stapley is a Founding Member of Invitation Homes and oversaw nearly $1B in Capex across 45,000+ homes.
Prior to Treehouse, Mr. Stapley oversaw the entitlement and development of over 30,000 acres across multiple MSAs.
Mr. Stapley is a member of the City of Mesa Housing Advisory Board, active in multiple community organizations, Boy Scouts of America, and is married with 3 children.
Dallas Tanner, Founder
Mr. Tanner has over 15 years of real estate experience and is a Founder and Managing Member of Treehouse Group Companies. Mr. Tanner is currently the CIO and a Founding Member of Invitation Homes where he oversaw the strategic acquisition of over $8B in single family assets.
Mr. Tanner holds a Masters in Real Estate Development and is a board member for Invitation Homes, a Blackstone (NYSE: BX) owned company.
Mr. Tanner is active in various community organizations and is married with 4 children.
Paul Miner, MBA
Mr. Miner has served as our Director of Finance/Controller since December 2014. Previously, he served as the Miami and Las Vegas Regional Financial Controller of Invitation Homes (IH), a subsidiary of The Blackstone Group. At IH, he managed the regional finance, accounting and reporting for over 6,000 rental homes, totaling over $100M in revenues and $1.5 Billion in assets. Mr. Miner earned a MBA in Finance (Marriott School of Management) and a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University.
Before coming to work at The Treehouse Group, Brian worked for a multi-family real estate private equity firm in their asset management and fund/portfolio management groups. At the time of his departure, the firm had raised and managed over 3 billion in discretionary capital. Prior to that experience, Brian was an accounting manager at one of the largest private U.S. multi-family companies.
